2020 Annual Meeting Results
The Central Kentucky Ag Credit 86th Annual Stockholders' Meetings were held on February 24 and 25, 2020. The two sectional meetings were hosted in Lexington and Harrodsburg.
The Board of Directors is elected by the membership in the cooperative style of "one member - one vote". Each member, regardless of size, has an equal say in the governing body of the Association.
Results from the Annual Meeting election are as follows:
Director Position I
Two candidates ran for director position I during the 2020 Annual Meetings, Steven Wayne Kelly and James Alvin Lyons.
Congratulations to James Alvin Lyons of Scott County, for being re-elected to the Central Kentucky Ag Credit Board of Directors. Mr. Lyons will serve a four-year term.
Director Position II
Two candidates ran for director position II during the 2020 Annual Meetings, Joshua Brown and James C. (Jim) Rankin III.
Congratulations to James C. (Jim) Rankin III of Bourbon County, for being re-elected to the Central Kentucky Ag Credit Board of Directors. Mr. Rankin will serve a four-year term.
Ag Credit extends it's appreciation to Mr. Kelly (Anderson County) and Mr. Brown (Lincoln County) for their willingness to serve on the Ag Credit Board of Directors.
Nominating Committee
The 2021 Nominating Committee for Central Kentucky Ag Credit has been elected and will consist of five members and two alternates.
Nominating Committee members who have been elected are:

- George VanHook Jr.
Alternates:
