Marketing Coordinator - Lexington, Kentucky

Job Overview: Central Kentucky Ag Credit, one of Kentucky’s premier rural lending institutions, is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing function for a locally based Ag lender seeking to deliver sound credit to farmers and rural residents in the Bluegrass Region.  The primary function will be to plan, organize, and implement marketing and communication activities for the organization.  

Activities include developing effective communication channels to ensure a thorough understanding of purpose and timing of Association initiatives, advertising, content development, media relations, public relations, and marketing to support effective sales and business development efforts. These efforts include social media and digital advertising along with oversight and development of the Association’s LEADER magazine.  Maintains a positive public image for the Association by active participation in civic and agricultural organizations.   

Essential Requirements/ Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field.  The successful candidate will possess strong skills in written communication and creativity.  On-the-job communications experience, along with general knowledge of agriculture or farm background, is preferred.

Loan Officer or Loan Officer Trainee - Lebanon, Kentucky

Job Overview: Central Kentucky Ag Credit, the Bluegrass Region’s premier rural lending institution, is seeking a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Trainee. This position will be accountable for the promotion and delivery of sound credit to customers in the central Kentucky area. The customer base is a diversified mix of beef cattle, equine, row crop and tobacco farms. Within delegated authority, the position is responsible for managing credit quality, credit administration and portfolio performance. This position will develop new business and work in a traditional branch structure to ensure that the needs of customers and prospects are met.

Essential Requirements/ Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture, economics, finance, or related field. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, judgment and communication skills. Farm background with related practical experience and/or experience with a financial institution preferred.
