Lexington Welcomes Moore

Charity Moore may be new to the lending world, but she’s no stranger to agriculture. Raised on a multi-generational farm in Ohio, Charity grew up working alongside her family to raise corn, soybeans, hay, and straw, as well as feedlot cattle and a small herd of Simmental cows. Her early years were steeped in the values of hard work, responsibility, and stewardship—principles that continue to guide her today as a Loan Officer Trainee in Lexington.
A recent graduate of the University of Kentucky, Charity earned her degree in animal science with a minor in agricultural economics in May 2025. While in college, she stayed deeply connected to her agricultural roots. She was active in Sigma Alpha, the professional agricultural sorority, and helped establish the Collegiate Cattlemen’s Association on campus—demonstrating her commitment to leadership and community in the ag sector.
Charity’s background in 4-H and FFA, along with years of showing cattle, gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards of farm life. That experience now informs her work at Central Kentucky Ag Credit, where she’s eager to support producers with the same dedication and care she saw modeled on her family’s farm.
With her strong foundation in both production agriculture and ag economics, Charity Moore is a welcome addition to the Ag Credit team—bringing fresh perspective, deep respect for tradition, and a heart for serving the rural community.
