Johnson Joins the Danville Branch
Brian Johnson lives on a cattle farm in Casey County with his wife and their 15-year-old son, Clay. He and Lauren have been married for 18 years and have built their lives around faith, family, agriculture, and serving their community.
Johnson has been involved in agriculture his entire life, currently farming with his extended family on 1,200 acres of owned and leased ground in Casey County. The family runs a commercial cow/calf operation consisting of 250 head, where they also produce hay and silage for feed.
Brian studied at Somerset Community College, before furthering his education at Eastern Kentucky University. Johnson accepted a loan officer position with a local bank, where he combined his fiscal and farming knowledge to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve their goals. With a livestock background, as well as forage management and crop production expertise, Brian has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s producers.
