Farm Credit System to Support Customer

Farm Credit System to Support Customer

KENTUCKY – Central Kentucky Ag Credit, River Valley Ag Credit and Farm Credit Mid-America are standing by their commitment to secure the future of rural communities and agriculture by working with borrowers whose operations are negatively impacted by COVID-19 and measures taken to limit its spread.

As a unified Farm Credit System, we recognize the significant stress the pandemic is putting on farmers across the Commonwealth of Kentucky and commit to standing by our customers until this situation is resolved.

The Farm Credit associations in Kentucky are using flexibilities afforded by our cooperative structure, financial strength and passion for purpose to help alleviate the stress for borrowers affected by the COVID-19 in several ways, including:

  • Extending the terms of loan repayments
  • Restructuring borrowers’ debt obligations
  • Working with each customer to understand their situation and find solutions that best fit their individual need

At this time, Central Kentucky Ag Credit, River Valley Ag Credit and Farm Credit Mid-America continue to conduct business and serve customers. For those who need face-to-face conversations, customers should call their local office to make an appointment. For those who prefer to limit in-person contact with others at this time, a range of online and electronic services such as online banking tools are available.

As a unified Farm Credit System, we remain committed to serving our customers and their needs. Please contact your individual Farm Credit System cooperative to discuss your individual needs.
