Pamela (Pam) Johnston has been name to the position of Accountant at Central Kentucky Ag Credit. Pam has already assumed the position and will serve in Ag Credit’s Administrative Office in Lexington.
Pam is a veteran of service with Ag Credit. She has been a Loan Assistant in the Stanford Ag Credit Office for the past 10 years. The Stanford Ag Credit Office provides farm and rural loan service in Garrard and Lincoln Counties. Prior to Pam’s Ag Credit service, she was Assistant Accountant with the Stanford Acoustics manufacturing plant in Boyle County.
In Pam’s new Accountant position, she will be involved with lending activity in all counties in central Kentucky that are served by Ag Credit. There are 17 counties in the overall Ag Credit service region.
Pam earned an Associate Degree in Accounting from National Business College in Danville, and she is a graduate of Garrard County High School. A native of Garrard County, she is the daughter of Irvin and Rosetta Naylor, who were a Garrard County farm family. The farm on which Pam was raised was a dairy farm, which also produced tobacco, some beef cattle, and corn.
Pam is married to Phillip Johnston, also a Garrard County native. They are parents of a 12-year-old daughter, Megan.
Pam and her family currently live in Boyle County, near Perryville. They will continue to reside in Boyle County.
