Our professional appraisers are highly experienced in land values throughout the 17-county Ag Credit service area, and Ag Credit appraisers are full certified. We provide land appraisals when you are considering a loan with Ag Credit. We also provide appraisal services for the general public on a fee basis. Attorneys, estates and private individuals have all used the services of our professional, certified appraisers.

FINANCIAL PLANNING
Ag Credit managers and loan officers provide free planning assistance to member-borrowers and to individuals who are considering a loan with Ag Credit. We help you prepare your balance sheets, profit and loss analysis, cash flow projections and other financial tools that will help to put profit in your pocket. We do it at no cost to you, because we know that members are our most important asset.

ON-SITE SERVICE
Ag Credit can travel to your location to transact business. We know you don’t have a lot of extra time. There is no cost for the extra effort that Ag Credit brings to make your day more organized and your financial business more enjoyable.
